No, she can not !

To get free education here in Denmark, she needs a (temporary) permition to stay.
A simple VISA gives no reason to give away free danish lessons.
Without danish social security number - NO rights in this country.

But...

She can get danish lessons in a languageschool, if you will pay for them !?
DKK 96,- / hour.

I'm now not so sure, as fare i know Romania is a part of the EU and EU citizens do not need visas to Denmark. All EU citizens can travel freely to Denmark, but to take up permanent residence here, I know there are some specific rules about this. You must have a limited permission to stay and as far as I know it's the state administration ( STATSFORVALTNINGEN ) dealing with these cases. So my advice contact them and talk to them about this, so you get an answer that you can use .

I wish you all the best and good luck, hope that you will come back to RDF when you have learned the ruel and tell us about them to other members of RDF, so if thye meet some one from the former SNG countries thye can read the ruel and laws.

Best regard .

Default sv.

This is the official text about education:

Hvem kan få danskundervisning?

Alle udenlandske statsborgere over 18 år kan modtage danskundervisning.
